1-Almond, Poppy seeds, Pumpkin kernels, Sugar Candy, Milk

  • Soak 11 Almonds, 6gm Pumpkin seeds kernels, 3 gm Poppy seeds and 1gm Wheat over night next morning grind into fine paste peeled almonds and rest of 3 ingredients by adding a little water. 
  • Take a sauce pan fry 1 Clove in 25 gm Desi Ghee (Clarified Unsalted Butter) for 2 minutes.
  • Now add 10 oz milk and above paste let it simmer till dense mix Sugar Candy to taste. 
  • Have it lukewarm daily for 15 days. After consuming it your brain will start working like a computer.

2-Nuts Balls (Laddoo) Milk

  • Make a fine powder of each one 50 gm Almonds, Pistachios, Walnuts, Pine nuts, Dried Coconut, Roasted Sesame seeds, Dried Dates, and pound Raisins and Currants then save in a glass container. 
  • Or make small balls in walnut size. Eat daily 1 tbs or 1 ball (laddoo) on an empty stomach along with a cup of hot milk.

3-Homemade Nerve Tonic

  • Soak overnight 150 gm Almonds, 150 gm Poppy seeds, 125 gm mixed Water melon, Melon, Pumpkin, Ash Gourd seeds kernels, 5 pistachios, 2 walnuts, 25 Black pepper corns, 5 gm Green Cardamoms, 1 tsp Fennel, 1 inch cube of dried or fresh Coconut.

  • Now make a thick syrup of 2 kg Sugar and 1 litre water and let it cool. Add cool Sugar syrup, 2 tsp Rosewater and ½ tsp Lemon juice to the extracted liquid and mix finely. 
  • Fill this nerve tonic in dry and clean bottles and refrigerate. Consume daily one glass on an empty stomach.

4-Almond, Carrot juice, Cow‘s milk

  • Eat 7 Almonds (Badam) along with one cup / 8oz  extract juice of Carrots (Gajar) and half liter cow‘s milk  mixture on an empty stomach. This is a natural brain boosting tonic.

5-Butter, Almond, Sugar Candy

  • Soak 10 Almonds over night next morning after peeling grind into paste then add 12 gm preferably homemade fresh Butter and Sugar Candy (Misri) to taste.
