1- Carrots juice, Fennel, Coconut, Almond, Sugar Candy

Take a new clay pot and Soak Large Fennel (sounf) 250 gram in 1 litre Carrots (Gajer) fresh juice and cover the pot with muslin or net piece place it in sunlight and after sunset stir it with a wooden spoon daily to prevent from fungus.  Now make a fine powder of 250 grams dry Coconut, 250 grams Almond kernels (Badam Giri), 250 gram Sugar Candy (Kuza Misri) and this fully dried Fennel and save in glass vessel .Take 1-1 teaspoon on an empty stomach and before sleep along with lukewarm glass of milk. 2-Fennel, Almond, Sugar Candy

Take equal quantity of 50 gram Almond kernel, 50 gram large Fennel (fresh & clean) and 50 gram Sugar Candy (Kuza misri) and make the Fine powder by grinding these and keep the powder in a glass vessel. Have daily it 10 gram along with a lukewarm glass of milk before sleep and give half quantity of medicine to the children. Don’t drink water for two hours after taking it. 13-Distilled essence of Fennel and Rose petals

Boil 50 gm Fennel and 50 gm fresh Rose petals in 4 litre water and distill the essence of this compound. Now save in a dropper and apply 4 drops of this distilled essence (arq) in each eye before sleeping. It will be quite beneficial in the preservation of sight.

14-Mustard oil

Massage your eyes with soft finger tips before sleep with few drops of pure Mustard (Sarson) oil daily. It is very effective to increase eye vision.

8 BEST EYE EXERCISES TO IMPROVE EYESIGHT


1-Blinking

Blinking Exercises help to moisturize and soothe the eyes. Blink your eyes more than dozen times. Do the same procedure by turning to your left and right then diagonally up to left, down to right, up to right and down to left followed by rapid blinking. This can be done anywhere if your eyes are feeling weary or tired.

2-Palming

Cover your eyes with both palms of your hands formed in a cup to avoid pressure on your eyes. This is useful in making stress-free eyes. The exercises help to stimulate the acupuncture points around the eyes, thus helps in relaxing the muscles in and around your eye and helping to calm the mind. It also should be practiced several times a day.

3-Roll your eyes

Using your thumb knuckles, massage your temples in small circles, 20 times in one direction and 20 in the other. Repeat the same actions above the mid-point of the eyebrows at the forehead, then below the eyes on both sides of the bridge of the nose.

Close both the eyes very tightly by shutting the lids firmly. Open them suddenly which allows you to feel the stretch. Once open arch your brows and stretch your face. Repeat this several times a day.
