Method:

  • Nigella seeds: 12 gm

7-Weight Loss Herbal Tea 

Ingredients

  • Green tea bag, leaves or pearls (about 1-2 tsp/2-4 gm of tea per cup of water)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh Mint leaves, small
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fresh Ginger, grated
  • Honey, maple syrup, or stevia to taste (optional)
  • 12 oz / 1 ½ cup Water

Method:
