1-Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • ¼ cup frozen or fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup frozen or fresh strawberries
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 cup frozen or fresh cranberry juice

Method

Place all ingredients in a high power blender. Whirl until completely smooth.

2-Smart Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup frozen blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp Goji berries (soaked for 15 minutes) or 1 tablespoon of Goji powder
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds soaked in water for 20 minutes first
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup, or stevia to sweeten or to taste

Method
