Ingredients

  • 10-12 --- Dried Figs
  • 10-12 --- Currants
  • 2 pinches --- Liquorices powder
  • 1 kg --- Barley water
  • 1 litre bottle --- Mineral water

Method

Boil dried Figs and Currants in glass of water for 10 -15 minutes let it cool. Blend well boiled dried Figs, Currants, Liquorices powder, Barley water and Mineral water. Refrigerate and drinks one glass daily.

Natural Remedy 2

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs --- Pumpkin seeds kernels
  • 10 --- Almonds
  • 3 tbs --- Wheat
  • 2 --- Cloves
  • 10 0z --- Milk

Method

Soak pumpkin seeds, almonds and wheat overnight. Peel almonds and grind all ingredients into a paste in the morning and add cloves. Add the mixture to milk and bring to a boil. Consume this daily for some days.

Natural Remedy 3

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp --- Clarified unsalted butter (Ghee)
  • 10 0z --- Milk
  • 2 pinches --- dried Ginger powder

Method

Add Clarified unsalted butter and dried Ginger powder to milk and bring to a boil. Consume this daily for some days.

Ingredients

  • One glass (250 ml) --- Milk
  • 5 --- Dates

Method

Take 5 pieces of dates and cook them with one glass of milk. Eat the dates and drink the milk. It is also good to blend them in a mixture before taking. This drink is very good and gives instant energy.

Ingredients

  • One glass (250 ml) --- Milk
  • 1 --- Organic Egg

Method

Pour a full glass of hot boiling milk, crack an egg and stir the egg till it dissolves use this when lifting weights. It strengthens the muscles and improves its functions. Consume this daily for some days.

Natural Remedy 6

Ingredients

  • 100 gm --- Senna (Sana Makki)
  • 100 gm --- Indian Ginseng / Winter cherry (Asgandanagaori)

Method
